In Italy from 1 January 2019 electronic invoicing came into force and new directives have been imposed, which we are obliged to follow, for this reason the invoice must be requesting at the time of purchase.
It will be necessary to send an email to info@venixsoft.it with the Order Code and the billing information.
If the invoice is not requesting at the time of purchase, we cannot issue it; you will be giving the receipt of the sale.
