The shipping and packaging contribution are charging to the customer and are explicitly highlighting when the order is confirming. The goods travel at the risk and danger of the customer, our liability ceases when the delivery of the goods to the courier, so the customer must present any claims. Shipments will be make from Monday to Friday.

The days of delivery for ITALY are approximately as follows:
- 24/48 H express courier
- 3 to 5 days standard courier

The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority. The standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed, will take place every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

The courier makes the first delivery without notice. All shipments are traceable on the courier's website through tracking that will be sending to you at the time of shipping.
